SUMMIT SIGNAL WEB DESIGN

Privacy and inquiries.

Last updated October 12, 2026.

When you send a project inquiry

The form submits your name, email address, business name, optional website address, service preferences, and project message to a database hosted for Summit Signal through ChatGPT Sites. A successful submission shows a reference number. George can view inquiries through an owner-only inbox and use your details to discuss your request, prepare a proposal, and communicate about potential or agreed work. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or take a payment.

Spam protection

The service uses a hidden form field, submission timing, and a rate limit. It stores a hash derived from a daily value and your network address, or your email address if a network address is unavailable, to limit repeated submissions. It does not store the raw network address in the inquiry record. Hosting providers may separately process technical information needed to serve and protect the website.

Email and sensitive information

If you contact George by email or open Gmail, your email service handles that communication. Please provide only what is needed to discuss the project. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, or sensitive personal records in the form or an email.

Access and retention

Inquiries are available to the site owner, not other website visitors. Inquiry information is kept while relevant to a potential or agreed project. You can ask George to remove information you have provided, subject to records that need to be retained for agreed work.

Links and analytics

Portfolio and Gmail links lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices. Summit Signal has not added advertising conversion tags or a marketing analytics tracker to this version of the website.
